For over 20 years I’ve been in the thick of HR, helping some of the UK’s biggest brands across Media, Sport, Retail and Technology— think Virgin, Sky, Liverpool FC, and The Very Group — get the best out of their people. Whether it’s supporting a football club’s commercial team through a major restructure, working behind the scenes with TV production teams, or partnering with creative directors to shape standout marketing campaigns, I get the fast-paced, ever-evolving world you operate in.
I’ve worked with leaders and teams at every level, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and approach challenges strategically. My aim is always to help organisations build people strategies that are not only commercially sound but human-first—so your team is ready to embrace whatever comes next.
Over the years, I’ve led and been involved in countless business transformations, from navigating periods of growth to helping organisations manage cost saving restructures. Through all of it, I’ve seen how critical it is to build the right environment for people to thrive, especially when things are changing. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting businesses to not only manage change but to thrive through it.
I’ve also got the knowledge to underpin my work, with Master’s degrees in HR and Employment Law, plus I’m certified in Saville Wave Psychometric Testing. And because I believe in always learning, I’m currently training to become an ILM-accredited Executive Coach, expanding how I can support leaders and teams.
When I’m not diving into all things HR, you’ll find me hanging out with my family, getting into a new tv show, or soaking up some fresh air on a walk. I’m all about keeping things balanced—work, life, and everything in between. I believe in building real connections and having a bit of fun while doing it. Life’s too short not to enjoy the ride, right?
